Tables for Sale! Fresh Hot Tables for Sale!

Bald Man just might be crazy, but I'm gonna see if I can sell something like this here... So I put it up for sale on my etsy site. I'm keeping the original, which is for the best as it was my guinea pig really. I'm assuming my day job is a thing of the past come tomorrow.

Hanging ten and hanging loose

Julie and I are going to Maui suckas.

We went before, and had one of the greatest vacations ever. It's hard to not have a good time in paradise. I can be a negative nancy, but I become all Island Style Baldy once i smell the flowers coming off the plane.

We're staying here at Napili Bay. Our room is on the second floor overlooking the ocean.

This is kind of the stock "Road to Hana" picture. I wish the stock "Road to my House" picture looked similiar.

Last time we went to Maui, we took a turn off the Road to Hana, and ended up on this patch of lava rock in Nahiku, and ate a picnic lunch as the ocean waves crashed below us. I often wished I could still be sitting there eating a never ending submarine sandwich and drinking a Mai Tai. SOON ENOUGH!

Manly Wednesday- Mom's Day Edition

My bruthas and sistas, don’t forget yo mammas.

Not sure if your family is like mine, but they are some game playing freaks. I’m not. But this acrylic backgammon set is a good update to the one that’s been in use since 1970.

Moms LOVE guys in grass skirts. Why, just the other day when my mom was buying my dad a grass skirt, it dawned on me that she’d love to have this guy for the dashboard of her car. Luckily, Julie and I are heading to Hawaii this month, so we can get dad a traditional hula skirt.

Has your mom’s dinner bell begun to rust from all those days you made her stand in the rain waving, while you hid under the front porch? Wash your sins away by getting her this nice copper dinner bell.

Sometimes momma could use a shot of hard liquor. She could also use a beefcake in her life… Luckily, my dad’s still holding his beefcake status, but if yours ain’t, here’s the gift that let’s your mom have her cake and drink it too.

Bohn Home- Part deux

I've talked about the Bohn house before... it's down our street a ways. There's been quite of bit of action there lately. Painters and workers coming in and out of it.

This past weekend we walked by, and there was a FOR SALE sign up in the yard, with a big SOLD! sign attached to it. Lame! We never got to go inside! Where's our Open House, mon???

The only upside is we get to see some pictures, at least, on the realtor's website. Check out this door... how does it open? how does it close? It's like Star Wars.

This is their solarium. The house sold for 1.5 million dollars. I'm thinking about fixing up our solarium to up our house value... Step one. Build solarium.

I know...

Gay to take more pictures of that dumb table, but I did in attempt to give a bettah feel for how it looks, and if I thought about maybe making some to sell, I'd prefer a COUPLE non blurry, dark taken-on-the-fly representations. Any ole hoo, if you have absolutely nothing to do, and have read all your other blogs, here are some addtional pics.

Baldy's First Table

I've been working on this bad boy for a while now.

Saws and power tools got a work out... Here the biscuit joiner cut some slots, I put some wood biscuits up in thar, and got my glue on.

Behold thine tasty biscuits.

I won some hairpin legs on ebay, and they fit like a champ.

Crummy pic, but I got me some European hinges for the door, because the Europeans don't like to see their hinges, and I'm 110% European, mes amis.

Table one done. Who wants the next?
