Is this for real??? I felt a little bit like I was losing my mind. Those bear a striking resemblance to this guy I've been making in my garage for the past couple years...
I mean, it's just that I came up with the whole shape, and assembly on my own, and I guess it's possible that someone in Spain was doing the same thing at the same time, but... Anyway. I checked out their website to see if this those were available for purchase, but I didn't see that they were. They musta felt that international suit brewing in my gut. Their lamp craftsmanship is way outta my league, so just gimme this brahs! Gotta be too uncanny right?

Go ahead, copy them and undercut them. After all, they started it!! Welcome to the cut throat business world! By the way, yours looks more polished, and that's the truth.
I know you're upset because you have integrity so would never take someone else's idea and claim it or copy it. It's such a shame more people aren't like you.
I design furniture for people all the time and it sucks when you see some of your own work with another artisan's name on it. It takes integrity to show it objectively as something else that's out there be it yours or not. Take comfort in the high road.
I bought my first LZF model in 1997, they've been around for quite some time and do lovely veneer work.

cool, thanks! did you buy a lamp like this one in 1997? like i said, maybe that design isn't as creative as i thought, and i just ended up recreating the wheel, but it's crazy how similar the layout and assembly ended up. maybe i should just got work in spain!
